Huasheng Co., Ltd. announced that in 2025, it will achieve operating revenue of 797 million yuan, an increase of 2.5% year-on-year; net profit loss of 35.2162 million yuan, compared to a loss of 49.336 million yuan in the same period last year.
On March 12, 2026, the company held the 26th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors, which approved the “Profit Distribution Plan for 2025”.
The profit distribution plan reviewed and approved by the directors for the reporting period is: the company intends to base on the current total share capital of 402 million shares, and distribute a cash dividend of 0.1 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 4.0211 million yuan ( including tax ), with the remaining undistributed profits carried forward to future years.
