Un juez estadounidense dictamina que la "interrupción" de medios públicos por la Casa Blanca es inconstitucional

A federal district judge in Washington, D.C., Randolph Moss, ruled on March 31 that U.S. President Trump cannot stop funding for public media solely through executive orders, as his use of government powers such as fiscal authority to “punish or suppress unpopular speech” violates the Constitution. It is understood that Moss prohibited the enforcement or implementation of the executive order signed by Trump last year on the same day. The ruling states that the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution sets an “impermissible red line” for the government’s use of powers like the “purse strings,” meaning it cannot “punish or suppress unpopular speech.” (CCTV News)
