Blue Whale News, April 2 — Recently, the Weinan Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued a penalty notice, targeting Yongcheng Property Insurance Co., Ltd.’s Weinan Central Sub-branch and its general manager, Feng Jun.

The penalty notice shows that the main illegal and non-compliant facts (case description) of Yongcheng Property Insurance Co., Ltd.’s Weinan Central Sub-branch were: falsely listing expenses to siphon off funds.

For the above illegal and non-compliant conduct, the Weinan Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration imposed a fine of 125k yuan on it; it issued a warning to the general manager, Feng Jun, and fined him 15k yuan.
