Financial News by the People, April 5—On April 5, the governor of Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Gleb Nikitin, said that drone debris from a Ukrainian attack caused a thermal power plant and two refineries in the oblast to catch fire; the fires have now been put out.
