Judging from the disclosure situation, the plans disclosed by the relevant companies have notable highlights. There is strong sincerity in investor returns; for example, Wisdom Information plans that cash dividends over the next 5 years will be no less than 40%. They continue to demonstrate the attributes of hard technology; for instance, Sinodong Lianke plans that its R&D spending in 2026 will account for no less than 20%, and Lanqi Technology has disclosed its main product R&D plans for 2026 in areas such as memory interconnect. In addition, they implement the requirements of the “Eight Articles for the STAR Market” and the “Six Articles on Mergers and Acquisitions”; for example, Puray Precision Electric discloses that it has completed the effective integration of the M&A target, Naisu Electronic, and the target company’s performance has continued to grow.

At the same time, the level of investor returns from STAR Market companies continues to improve.
