Xpeng responde a la ruptura de la colaboración con el distribuidor exclusivo en Australia

People’s Finance News, April 4, reported that recently, Xiaopeng’s exclusive agent in Australia, TrueEV, has entered a custody (bankruptcy administration) process, attracting attention. In response to reporters, Xiaopeng said that during the past two years of cooperation, through multiple channels, it learned that TrueEV had suffered a break in its funding chain and was taken over by its financiers, and that this situation had continued for more than a year without purchasing vehicles, while failing to fulfill its order obligations including 454 vehicles. TrueEV also had a public commercial dispute with local dealers, which seriously damaged the basis of trust between the two sides. Therefore, in accordance with the cooperation agreement, Xiaopeng formally issued a notice of default to TrueEV, terminating its exclusive agency qualification, but retaining its agent status. However, TrueEV denied the existence of the above operating issues and instead raised claims against Xiaopeng through legal proceedings. On April 1, an Australian local court dismissed its related injunction application. Next, Xiaopeng’s goal is that in the next three years, it will build Xiaopeng in Australia into a technology brand that is not only leading in technology, but also trustworthy in user experience.
