Beijing Business Daily News（reporter Wang Manlei）On the evening of April 2, Luobotek (300757) disclosed an announcement stating that its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC Service GmbH (hereinafter “ficonTEC”) has, through a subsidiary of ficonTEC, signed a new batch of material contracts for daily operations with a company F that is listed on Nasdaq on April 1. The contract amount is 35.70 million US dollars (equivalent to approximately RMB 246 million), and it is an order for production-scale coupling equipment and services applicable to a plug-and-play silicon photonics technology route. The contract amount accounts for approximately 25.9% of the company’s audited operating revenue for fiscal year 2025.

Luobotek said that company F has no related-party relationship with the company or its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC. This transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction. The performance of the above-mentioned contracts will not have a significant impact on the operational independence of the company and the subsidiaries of its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC. The principal business of the company and the subsidiaries of its wholly owned subsidiary ficonTEC will not create reliance on the contracting parties due to the performance of the contracts. If the contracts are carried out smoothly, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s operating performance for fiscal year 2026.
