El Comité de Supervisión de Activos Estatales del Consejo de Estado celebra una reunión para promover la empleabilidad de los graduados universitarios en empresas estatales

People’s Finance News, 1 April: On 31 March, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held a work promotion meeting on how state-owned enterprises can help with the employment of college graduates. The meeting emphasized that we must raise our political standing, and effectively treat the employment of college graduates as an important political task, while strengthening our sense of mission, responsibility, and urgency, to reserve more valuable talent for the high-quality development of enterprises. We should take multiple measures to continuously and stably maintain recruitment scale, and carry out the special campaign to expand positions and increase hiring in the front line of state-owned enterprises with high quality. We should focus on the front line of industry to further tap potential roles, increase the number of recruitments, place greater emphasis on recruiting graduates whose majors truly match the needs of enterprises, strengthen efforts in publicity and guidance and in showcasing role models to lead the way, and guide graduates to actively devote themselves to working and striving at the front line of industry, growing and becoming capable.
