On April 2, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran issued a statement saying that during the 90th-wave offensive of the “True Promise-4” operation, it carried out strikes against several U.S. and Israel-related industrial and military targets in the region and destroyed a major portion of them. The statement said that the operation was jointly carried out by the Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force and the Navy, using missiles and drones to attack and destroy major portions of U.S. steel and aluminum industrial facilities located in places such as the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, Israel’s Rafael defense industry, as well as U.S. military targets located near Manama, the capital of Bahrain, as a response to U.S.-Israeli attacks on Iranian industrial facilities. The statement said that this attack resulted in dozens of casualties among U.S. forces. The statement emphasized that this operation has a “warning” character, and if similar attacks on Iranian industrial facilities occur again, the Iranian side will carry out an even more severe retaliatory response.
