China Finance Network News, April 1 — Recently, Minsheng Bank (stock code: 600016.SH) released its 2025 annual report. As of the end of the reporting period, Minsheng Financial Leasing’s total assets were 1740.97 billion yuan, and net assets were 24.038 billion yuan; during the reporting period, operating income was 5.902 billion yuan; it completed leasing business placements of 60.792 billion yuan. In new placements, the share of inclusive finance businesses reached 22.31%.

During the reporting period, Minsheng Financial Leasing actively responded to changes in internal and external operating conditions, firmly adhered to its strategic direction and business positioning of “doing real leasing,” earnestly implemented the deployment for doing well with the work of the five-part financial articles, accelerated reform and transformation, and strove to maintain scale, optimize structure, control risk, and increase returns. Overall, all business operation and management indicators maintained a steady and sound development trend.

Public information shows that Minsheng Financial Leasing is one of the first batch of five financial leasing companies with a banking background, established with approval from the former China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. It was established in April 2008 with registered capital of 5.095 billion yuan. Minsheng Bank holds 54.96% of the equity in Minsheng Financial Leasing. Minsheng Financial Leasing mainly carries out financing and equipment inclusive leasing businesses for vehicles, ships, commercial aircraft, business jets, and large equipment.
