Cinco incubadoras en Haidian seleccionadas en las primeras instituciones de excelencia a nivel nacional

China News Agency, Beijing News, March 31—As a parallel forum of the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum annual meeting, the Global Benchmark Incubator Forum recently presented honor souvenir certificates to the first batch of five Beijing incubators that have been publicly listed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as “Excellence-level Incubators.”

“Excellence-level incubators” are high-level incubators that benchmark international advanced practices and play a demonstrative and leading role. Fourteen incubators nationwide have entered the first batch public list of Excellence-level incubators; among the five in Beijing, all are incubators in Haidian District, namely, Beihang Tianhui, Z Hongke Chuangxing Hard-Tech Incubator, Zhi You Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Incubator, Chao Sheng, and Qiji Chuangtan. They perform outstandingly in areas such as achievement transformation and enterprise cultivation.

According to the introduction, Haidian District’s top standing in this public list of Excellence-level incubators from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology comes from an innovation “ecosystem rainforest” that has been cultivated over more than 30 years. As of now, Haidian District has a total of 191 incubators of various types, including 5 Excellence-level incubators publicly listed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 9 standard-level incubators, and 12 Beijing benchmark incubators. The number of national-level and municipal-level incubators of various types is also ranked first in the whole city, with incubator incubation area nearly 2 million square meters.

Wang Yuxia, director of the service system department of the Zhongguancun Science City Management Committee, said that Haidian District will take incubator development as a key measure to cultivate new quality productive forces and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It has successively issued《Several Measures to Support the Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Platforms》and high-quality incubator special support policies, providing comprehensive resource guarantees for incubators’ development and guiding incubators to develop in the direction of professionalization, refinement, and distinctive features. From the precise supply of innovation elements, to the deep integration of production, education, research, and application, and then to the efficient integration of talent, capital, and technology, Haidian District has created a favorable development environment for incubators.

In the next step, Haidian District will further optimize its technology enterprise incubation system, continuously improve the policy system, and guide diversified incubation carriers to focus on “activating from the source, cultivating deeply in a vertical direction, and empowering the ecosystem,” so as to build a high-density incubation and cultivation ecosystem covering the full life cycle of technology-based enterprises.
