People’s Finance News, April 1: On March 31, the first “housing acquisition and replacement” project in Shanghai was officially signed in Jing’an District. As the first applicant, Mr. Shi, a resident, respectively signed a contract for the acquisition of existing housing with the Jing’an District Housing Security Housing Co., and signed a purchase and sale contract with the developers of a newly built commodity housing project, indicating the full-process implementation of the “housing acquisition and replacement” model— from housing source collection and storage, to residents’ replacement, to the financiación de viviendas de alquiler protegidas.
