After the company’s verification, it was found that the relevant individuals were suspected of misappropriating company funds by taking advantage of their positions. As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, the amount of funds illegally transferred from the controlling subsidiary’s bank accounts is 100 million yuan, and the amount of protective judicial freezes is 900 million yuan; together, they total 1 billion yuan, accounting for 26.54% of the company’s audited net assets in the most recent period, and 42.69% of the company’s audited monetary funds in the most recent period.

Lige Men stated that the company has promptly launched a self-check of fund safety and strengthened its fund safety control system. The company has established communication channels with the relevant parties, is actively negotiating the matters regarding the return of the transferred funds, and will actively cooperate with public security authorities in case investigation to recover the transferred funds as soon as possible.
