Microsoft(MSFT.US) amplía su despliegue de capacidad de IA alquilando un centro de datos Crusoe con una capacidad de 900MW

智通财经APP获悉，AI数据中心公司Crusoe宣布，微软(MSFT.US)将从其位于美国德克萨斯州阿比林的园区租用约900兆瓦算力容量，该园区同时也是“星际之门”(Stargate)项目的核心基地。

此次合作将使该数据中心整体规划容量提升至约2.1吉瓦(GW)。
This cooperation will increase the overall planned capacity of the data center to about 2.1 gigawatts (GW).

Crusoe预计，新增扩建部分将于2027年年中逐步投入使用，以满足微软不断增长的AI计算需求。
Crusoe expects the newly expanded section to be gradually put into use by mid-2027 to meet Microsoft’s growing AI computing needs.

目前，该园区占地约1000英亩，已有多家科技巨头入驻。
Currently, the park covers about 1,000 acres and has several tech giants already established there.

OpenAI与甲骨文(ORCL.US)正在使用其既有容量，其中甲骨文已租用园区内8栋数据中心建筑供OpenAI使用。
OpenAI and Oracle (ORCL.US) are using its existing capacity, with Oracle having rented eight data center buildings in the park for OpenAI’s use.

不过，两家公司已决定不再将其使用规模从1.2GW扩展至2GW，这也为包括微软Azure在内的更多超大规模云服务商提供了扩张空间。
However, both companies have decided not to expand their usage from 1.2GW to 2GW, which also provides expansion space for more hyperscale cloud service providers, including Microsoft Azure.

Crusoe表示，目前已规划的1.2GW部分预计将在2026年底前全部建成。
Crusoe stated that the currently planned 1.2GW section is expected to be fully completed by the end of 2026.

此外，Meta Platforms(META.US)此前也曾就租用扩建部分容量展开讨论，显示出大型科技公司对AI基础设施的强劲需求。
