Recently, the Operator Finance Network summarized the negative behaviors reported in the past year by telecommunications equipment companies, among which, Shenzhou Green Alliance was reported once for serious negative behavior by China Mobile Internet of Things.

On August 9, 2025, the China Mobile Procurement and Bidding Network released a notice regarding the negative behavior handling results of Beijing Shenzhou Green Alliance Technology Co., Ltd. The notice shows that the company violated the “Implementation Rules for Negative Behavior Management of Suppliers of China Mobile Internet of Things Co., Ltd.” in the procurement project of China Mobile Internet of Things Co., Ltd.

The handling results indicate that this violation is quite serious, which not only affects cooperation but also deducts the bid security deposit.

Specifically, first, the company’s similar products (professional technical support services: network protection R&D field) are recorded as a serious negative behavior on the date this announcement is released.

Secondly, from the date of the announcement, China Mobile Internet of Things prohibits cooperation with Beijing Shenzhou Green Alliance Technology Co., Ltd. for professional technical support services: network protection R&D field for three years.

Additionally, the bid security deposit of this supplier is deducted by 35,064 yuan.

It is noteworthy that this violation also affects cooperation in other product areas. In the next three years, for other products, the comprehensive evaluation score (out of a total score) will be reduced by 2 points (out of 100).

It is worth mentioning that just before this report, in April 2025, Shenzhou Green Alliance was reported for serious negative behavior by Xinjiang Mobile due to violations and was banned from cooperating on IDC system maintenance service products for three years.
