Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Liao Meng) On March 16, the Qingdao Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Management Administration issued a reply regarding the qualification for directorship of Fu Yan at Lujiazui International Trust Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "Lujiazui International Trust"), approving Fu Yan's qualification for directorship at Lujiazui International Trust. In accordance with regulatory requirements, Fu Yan should strictly comply with the relevant regulatory provisions of the Financial Supervision and Management Bureau, take office within 3 months from the date the administrative permission decision is made, and report the assumption of office within 10 working days after taking office.

(hereinafter referred to as “Lujiazui International Trust”), confirming her eligibility to serve as director.
