1. What Is a CFD Position Experience Voucher?

A CFD Position Experience Voucher is a margin (bonus) provided by the platform, allowing you to open a trial position in the CFD contract market. After using the experience voucher, the system will open a position for you at market price in the specified market, with the designated leverage and position value. You can close the position, set take profit/stop loss, and operate just like a regular position—try CFD contract trading at zero cost. Any losses are covered by the platform.

Key Features

Feature Description
Zero-Cost Experience Margin is provided by the platform
Losses Covered by Platform Profits are yours; losses are offset by the bonus. The bonus can only cover losses up to its own amount—any excess losses must be covered by you.
Fee Deduction Eligible The bonus can be used to offset opening fees, swap fees, and losses when closing the position (up to the bonus amount)
Auto Reclaim on Expiry When the position expires, the system will automatically close it at market price and reclaim the bonus

Usage Restrictions

  • Only one experience position per market: For the same asset, such as gold (XAU), regardless of leverage, you can only hold one experience position.
  • Multiple markets allowed: You can use experience vouchers in different markets (such as XAU, S&P 500, etc.).
  • Bonus cannot be transferred: The bonus for experience positions can only be used for trading and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
  • Early auto-close: If the experience position loses more than 90%, the system will automatically close the position.

2. How to Use a Position Experience Voucher (Web)

Viewing Your Experience Vouchers

Step 1: Go to [Coupon Center] - [CFD Position Experience Voucher] to see your available vouchers. Click [Use Now] to jump to the CFD trading page and open the position pop-up.

1

Step 2: On the CFD trading page, you’ll also find a quick access entry for experience vouchers under the [Assets Area] at the bottom right. Up to 3 vouchers are displayed. To view all vouchers, click [View More] to go to the Coupon Center.

2

Using an Experience Voucher

Step 1: Before using, make sure you have activated a TradFi account and have no experience position open in that market. If you haven’t activated TradFi, clicking [Use Now] will prompt you to do so; if you already have an experience position in that market, you’ll need to close it first.

3

Step 2: After clicking [Use Now], select the direction in the pop-up: long or short. The order price is set to market price, and the order quantity is calculated by the system based on the bonus and leverage—the actual filled quantity prevails.

4

Step 3: Once the conditions are met, click [Confirm] to proceed. The position is opened at market price, and the system will try to open a position value close to the voucher amount. Due to market fluctuations, any unused bonus will be immediately reclaimed by the system.

Step 4: After successful use, you’ll have an experience position, which can be distinguished from regular positions by the [Experience Position] tag and a countdown timer.

5

Step 5: Experience positions function almost identically to regular positions—you can set take profit/stop loss, close positions, etc.

4. Experience Voucher Trading Rules and Deduction Details

Trading Rules

  • Experience vouchers can only be used in the specified CFD contract market and with the specified leverage for market orders.
  • You can hold only one experience position per market, but can hold experience positions in different markets simultaneously.
  • When an experience position expires, the system will automatically close it at market price and reclaim the bonus.
  • The countdown is based on trading days (excluding non-trading days). If the closing time coincides with an early market close due to holidays, the system will adjust the closing time to before the holiday close. For early closures, please refer to announcements in the Announcement Center.
  • The system will send you an in-site message 1 hour before expiry as a reminder—please be sure to manage your positions in time.

Deduction Details

  • When opening a position: The bonus can be used to offset opening fees. Any unused bonus will be immediately reclaimed.

  • When closing a position: The bonus will first be used to offset losses (including opening fees, realized P&L, and swap fees). Any bonus not used to offset losses will also be reclaimed. Profits will be automatically credited to your account.

  • The bonus can only cover losses up to its own amount: For example, if the bonus is 10 USDT and your loss is 50 USDT, only 10 USDT will be covered—the remaining 40 USDT must be covered by you.

  • The bonus can only be used once when opening an experience position. If the bonus is not reclaimed in time after closing, the system will automatically execute the reclaim process, and you may see multiple reclaim records.

5. Important Notes

When using a CFD Position Experience Voucher, please keep the following in mind:

  • Prerequisites: You must have activated a TradFi account, have no experience position in the same market, and the market must be open (cannot be used during non-trading hours).
  • Trading Restrictions: Experience positions cannot have their leverage adjusted or position size increased; the bonus cannot be transferred.
  • Market Fluctuations: Positions are opened at market price, and the actual filled quantity prevails. Extreme market conditions may cause order failures—please try again if prompted.
  • Closing and Deduction: Losses at close are covered by the bonus, but only up to the bonus amount—any excess losses must be covered by you. Profits will be credited to your account.
  • Time Limit: Experience vouchers have a validity period. After use, the resulting experience position will have a countdown timer. When the timer ends, the system will automatically close the position and reclaim the bonus.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Can experience vouchers be transferred?

No. Experience vouchers are exclusive to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.

Why can’t I use my experience voucher?

Please check:

  1. Whether you have activated a TradFi account;
  2. Whether you already hold an experience position in that market (must be closed first);
  3. Whether the market is currently open (cannot be used during non-trading hours).

What happens when an experience position expires?

When the position expires, the system will automatically close it at market price and reclaim the bonus. If you made a profit, it will be credited to your account; if you incurred a loss, the bonus will offset it. The bonus can only offset losses up to its own amount—any excess loss must be covered by you.

Can I hold multiple experience positions at the same time?

Yes. You can use experience vouchers in different markets, but only one experience position per market is allowed. For example, you can hold experience positions in both XAUUSD and XAGUSD markets at the same time.

Can the experience position bonus be transferred out?

No. The bonus for experience positions can only be used for trading and cannot be transferred. Any attempt to transfer the bonus will be blocked.

What should I do if I get a “market volatility too high, please try again later” error when opening a position?

Extreme market fluctuations may cause the available position size to change. Please try clicking [Open Position] again after a short wait.

Why does the position value not match the voucher amount after opening a position?

  1. Opening a position requires paying fees, which consumes part of the bonus;
  2. Market fluctuations may prevent the full bonus from being used to open a position. The actual filled quantity prevails. (Any unused bonus will be immediately reclaimed.)

If I get a message that the market is closed when using a voucher, how can I check trading hours?

You can check detailed trading hours for each market in the Contract Info section on the K-line page.

What happens to experience positions during early market closures on holidays?

During holidays, some CFD contracts may close early. For specific arrangements, please refer to announcements in the Announcement Center. If the experience position’s expiry coincides with an early market close, the system will adjust the closing time to before the holiday close.

Why was my experience position automatically closed?

Experience positions have a time limit. When the countdown ends, the system will automatically close the position and reclaim the bonus. The system will send a reminder via in-site message 1 hour before expiry—please manage your positions accordingly.

Why are there multiple bonus reclaim records in my transaction history?

When you use a position experience voucher, you receive a bonus for the experience position. The bonus can only be used once when opening the experience position and is checked again at closing to see if it needs to offset losses. If not needed, it will be reclaimed. Multiple reclaim records may appear in these scenarios:

  1. If there is unused bonus at the time of opening, it will be immediately reclaimed.

  2. If you make a profit at closing, the bonus is not needed to offset losses and will be reclaimed.

  3. If the bonus is not reclaimed in time at closing and you have no open positions, the system will automatically execute the reclaim process, resulting in multiple reclaim records.
