Gate.io Supports MovieBloc（MBL) Upgrade to OEP4

According to the requirements from MovieBloc team, Gate.io has upgraded MovieBloc (MBL) from ERC-20 to OEP4 token (Based on Ontology Network).
Gate.io now still supports the old ERC-20 token deposit until January 15th, 2020, and users' old tokens will be automatically swapped to OEP4 tokens.
Due to the short swap period, users outside Gate.io are required to deposit MBL on Gate.io before January 15th, 2020. Currently, Gate.io only supports MBL deposits based on the OEP4 token.
