For iOS devices：
Step 1: Open the “App Store”.
Step 2: Type in “Gate” in the search box and search.
Step 3: Find “Gate” and install it.Wait patiently for the download to be completed.
Step 4: You can find the Gate app on the home screen as soon as the installation is completed.
Step 5: Click on the app’s icon to start your journey to cryptocurrency!
Step 6: To update, you can search for “Gate” in your App Store and click “Update” on the right to upgrade.
Please note:
- If you cannot update the app directly on your iPhone, you can try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
- Do not use someone else’s Apple account to click on or log in to other websites and accounts to avoid personal information leakage or account lockout. Any risks resulting from your own actions are your own responsibility.
- Depending on your country or region of residence, you may not be able to download the app. Please adhere to the rules and applicable laws of your country of residence and the country where the website and services are located. For more details, you can refer to the “User Agreement“.
For Android devices：
Step 1: Copy the download link: https://www.gate.com/mobileapp and paste it into your browser. After entering the web page, click on “Android APK App Download”.
Step 2: Click on “DOWNLOAD” and wait for the download to be completed.
Step 3: You’ll enter this page once the download is completed. Click on “INSTALL” to start the installation.
Step 4: After the installation is completed, click on either “DONE” or “OPEN”.
Step 5. You can swipe left on the screen or click “Skip” to enter the App interface.
Step 6. To update, you can go to the user center and click “About Us” - “Update” to update.
Step 7. After the update is complete, click “Allow”.
Please note:
If you are unable to update the app on an Android device, you can follow these steps:
- In Settings of your device, go to Security - More Settings and enable the “Install apps from external sources” option.
- Disable enhanced protection in App Guard: Go to Settings - System and Updates - App Guard - Enhanced Protection, and turn it off.
- If you are still unable to install it after the above two steps, enable Airplane Mode, turn off all networks (including mobile data and Wi-Fi), and then repeat steps 1 and 2. Afterward, you can download and install the app again.
