Odaily Planet Daily Report, local time April 26, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran announced that its special forces successfully destroyed three U.S. GBU-57 mega bunker-buster bombs and dismantled another one left in Zanjan Province, Iran. The GBU-57 bunker-buster (also known as a bunker-bomb) is a heavy-duty bunker-busting bomb developed by the United States. Last year, the U.S. used this type of bomb in military operations targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities, and a large number of these weapons have also been used in this year’s U.S.-Iran conflict. (CCTV)
