Gate Not Supporting MODA DAO (MODA) Token Swap and Initiating a Delisting & Buyback Plan

According to the official announcement from MODA DAO (MODA), MODA DAO (MODA) has suffered a hack and will proceed with a token swap. After comprehensive evaluation, Gate decided not to support this token swap. As a result, Gate will delist MODA DAO (MODA) from our trading market, including the MODA_USDT and MODA_ETH spot trading pairs, as well as quantitative grid trading. Following the delisting, Gate will continue to provide token holders with a withdrawal service for a period of 1 month.

Details:

1. Gate has suspended the deposit and trading services for MODA DAO (MODA).
2. Gate will delist MODA DAO (MODA) from our trading market, including MODA_USDT and MODA_ETH spot trading pairs, as well as quantitative grid trading, starting from January 14, 2025, 03:00 UTC.
3. Users with ongoing quant grid trading of MODA DAO (MODA) should adjust your trading strategies beforehand. Otherwise, the trades will be terminated automatically before January 14, 2025, 03:00 UTC.
4. Users unwilling to participate in the buyback after the delisting are advised to withdraw your MODA DAO (MODA) holdings as soon as possible to avoid potential losses.
5. Users holding MODA DAO (MODA) on Gate after January 27, 2025 can apply for a buyback by filling out a form. Gate will buy back MODA DAO (MODA) at a price of 0.0053 USDT, with a maximum compensation limit of 100 USDT per user.

To apply for the compensation, users must fill out the provided form between January 27, 2025, 16:00 UTC and February 3, 2025, 16:00 UTC.
