Startup Pre-order is about to launch! Gate will launch new Startup Pre-order projects, and the specific rules are as follows:

Participation Rules

1.Users with a VIP level ≥ 3 and holding no less than 100 GT can participate in Startup Pre-order.
2.Different VIP levels and minimum GT holdings correspond to different available shares, as detailed below:

3.Tokens received by participants = (Participant's Pre-order shares / Total Pre-order shares) × Startup total supply.

Notes
1.Users must meet both the VIP level and minimum GT holding requirements. If only one requirement is met, the corresponding shares will be obtained based on the unmet requirement. For example, a VIP 5 user holding 200 GT can pre-order 160 shares. Check My VIP Level and My GT holdings.
2.The minimum GT holdings are based on the current GT holdings at the time of participation in Pre-order. The GT holdings calculation includes spot balance, selling orders, margin account, investment plans; however, GT borrowed from Crypto Loan will not be included.
3.Please ensure that your spot assets have sufficient balance. You can check the order results on the project page or in the Subscription History.
4.About cancellation of Pre-order
1)During the pre-order period, users are allowed to cancel their pre-order. However, cancellation will be disabled 24 hours before the end of the pre-order period. If you need to cancel your pre-order, please cancel it within 24 hours before the end on the pre-order page.
2)If a project has not issued tokens for over 3 years from the pre-order date, users can submit a cancellation request on the pre-order page. The pre-order deposit will be refunded to the spot account within 7 working days after verification.
3)If a project has not issued tokens for over 5 years from the pre-order date, the full pre-order deposit will be refunded to all participants' spot accounts within 7 working days.
4)In case of project failure, the full pre-order deposit will be refunded to all participants' spot accounts within 7 working days.
5.After the pre-order period ends, the allocated shares will be locked. If the pre-order shares are filled, the final allocation will be distributed to users and the corresponding pre-order deposit will be locked based on the proportion of pre-order shares of each participant to the total allocation. If there are any remaining shares, it will continue to be open for users to participate until no shares are left.
6.Before participating in Startup Pre-order, users must complete the user risk tolerance assessment. Startup preorder involves risks, including but not limited to market changes, project failure and financial losses. Make sure you are prepared to take these risks.

8.Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
9.Gate reserves all rights to the final explanation.
