Dear Gate users, to better meet your trading needs, we are thrilled to announce a recently launched Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) trading feature. TWAP is an advanced trading strategy, specifically designed for large-volume trades, aiming to minimize the impact on market prices.

The TWAP strategy breaks down large orders into smaller ones and spreads them out over a set time, like a day or a few hours. This approach helps even out the market impact of each small order, reducing sudden price changes. It also helps lower trading costs and reduces the risks of sudden price swings.

Key features of the Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) function include:

1.Reducing Market Impact: The TWAP strategy breaks down large orders over time. By spreading out the execution of large orders over an extended period, it minimizes the direct influence of large trades on market prices, thus maintaining market stability.

2.Conceal Trading Intentions: Using TWAP, large trades are spread out, allowing users to discreetly execute without revealing their overarching intentions.

To make the 'time condition' features easier for users, we've made these changes:

-On the APP, the "time condition" feature remains the same.

-On the WEB, the "time condition" feature has been updated and renamed to Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP).

-If you used the "time condition" on the WEB and haven't revoked it, you can view the records under "current orders".
