Recent interactions have really been jumping back and forth between “waiting for confirmation, waiting for callback, waiting to think clearly.” To put it simply, I’m afraid of being caught off guard: Gas spent, signatures given, and in the end, airdrops are like blind box draws that might even give you air; but not interacting also risks missing out, and FOMO makes me start clicking randomly.

My simple method is to treat “interaction” as work hour management: only engage with protocols I understand and find useful, keep the limits small, withdraw if possible, and don’t turn my wallet into a punch card just for a snapshot that might not even exist.
I’ve seen too many inflation + studio + coin price spiral crashes in blockchain games, where once incentives inflate, the羊毛党 (wool party, i.e., arbitrageurs or opportunists) are more like users than actual users…
Anyway, I now prefer to wait two more days for confirmation rather than become material for the phrase “long-term participant” in proposals.
