Other Gate Card benefits include card tiers, regular purchase cashback, points rewards, cash vouchers, and more. AI-exclusive benefits are available only on the AI Elite Card and do not apply to other cards.

What is the cashback rate for AI subscriptions?

AI subscription cashback is calculated based on your Card Tier at the time the transaction settles:

T0: Not eligible for AI subscription cashback.
T1 and above: 50% cashback, capped at 10 USDT.

Only each user’s first eligible AI subscription transaction in each calendar month qualifies for cashback.

How is AI subscription cashback issued?

AI subscription cashback is issued as cash vouchers, rather than points.

Regular purchase cashback: Awarded as points.
AI subscription cashback: Awarded as cash vouchers.

When is AI subscription cashback issued?

Cashback is issued after the transaction settles, based on your Card Tier at settlement.
For example, if you are at T1 when the transaction is authorised but upgrade to T2 before it settles, cashback will be issued according to the T2 rules.

What happens to issued cash vouchers if an order is refunded?

If a linked refund occurs, the cash vouchers already issued will be clawed back. Once they have been clawed back, the AI subscription cashback benefit used for that transaction will not be reinstated for that calendar month.

When will AI subscription cashback not be issued?

Cashback will not be issued in circumstances including:

Transactions that are declined, reversed, refunded, or otherwise ineligible.
The eligibility requirements are not met.
Platform risk control or compliance restrictions apply.
The transaction is combined with other promotions in a way that is not permitted.
