If it really goes on-chain, wallet authorization, contract phishing, slippage and MEV being sandwiched, cross-chain bridge glitches, these steps still ultimately require human oversight: either you monitor, or you set strict rules, otherwise it might give you full permissions in a moment of excitement. On the macro side, they're discussing rate cut expectations, the dollar, and risk assets rising and falling together; the more these sentiments are amplified, the easier it is to let your guard down. My simple trick: I screenshot and save key pop-ups, keep authorization as short as possible, accept losses, and stay alive first.
