Kraken parent to acquire Reap for $600M to expand B2B payments structure

Payward, the parent of crypto exchange Kraken (KRAKEN), agreed to acquire Reap Technologies Holdings, a stablecoin-native, card-issuing, and payments infrastructure company, for $600M, the company said Thursday.



The acquisition will expand Payward Services, the company's business-to-business, or B2B, infrastructure platform, providing a globally regulated infrastructure
