18 Feb (Reuters) - Seorang hakim federal di Manhattan pada hari Rabu mengabulkan permohonan Palantir Technologies untuk memblokir mantan wakil presiden dan insinyur senior dari mengajak karyawannya bergabung dengan perusahaan pesaing yang mereka dirikan tahun lalu, Percepta AI.

Putusan ‌oleh Hakim Distrik AS Paul Oetken akan berlaku sampai hasil dari gugatan Palantir yang diajukan pada bulan Oktober, yang menuduh CEO Percepta Hirsh Jain dan salah satu pendiri Radha Jain menggunakan informasi rahasia Palantir untuk membangun perusahaan perangkat lunak AI "peniru". Tidak jelas apakah mereka terkait.

Oetken juga melarang Joanna Cohen, mantan insinyur Palantir yang kini bergabung dengan Percepta, dari melanggar perjanjian kerahasiaan yang telah dia tanda tangani dengan Palantir.
