由於紐交所已提交該ETF的19b - 4文件，美國SEC需要在240天內作出最終審批決定，因此保守推算，該ETF將在明年初前上市。On June 4th Eastern Time, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) submitted regulatory documents to apply for the listing of the "Truth Social Bitcoin ETF". On June 5th and 6th local time, the US-listed company Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) issued two announcements stating that it has submitted an S-1 registration document to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the issuance of the ETF, which will be listed on the NYSE after completing the approval process.

The ETF will directly hold Bitcoin and issue shares to investors, aiming to reflect the price performance of Bitcoin. Yorkville America Digital serves as the fund sponsor, responsible for regulatory compliance and operational management.

As the NYSE has submitted the ETF's 19b-4 document, the SEC needs to make a final approval decision within 240 days. Therefore, conservatively, the ETF is expected to be listed by early next year.
