The New Star of Blockchain Games, Seraph: Originating from Darkness, Loyal to Players, Surpassing Tradition

Recently, a dark-themed Web3 game called Seraph has attracted widespread attention. As a AAA-rated blockchain game, Seraph has demonstrated excellent performance data during two internal tests in April and July of this year, attracting 30,000 player registrations, with a first-day retention rate of 72% and a 7-day retention rate of as high as 45%.

The development team of Seraph is backed by the resources of the South Korean gaming giant Actoz Soft, possessing extensive experience in developing dark-themed games and a strong foundation in blockchain technology. Team members come from well-known gaming companies and have experience in DeFi projects as well as wallet operation. Recently, they have also introduced an experienced Web3 market operations team.

Compared to traditional dark-themed games, Seraph incorporates more elements of economic transactions and social experiences, exploring the MMO direction while retaining ARPG gameplay. The game offers rich content, including ten acts of storyline, hundreds of maps, various professions, a vast library of equipment affixes, and three major dungeons.

The economic model of Seraph is centered around NFT equipment, building a game loop based on "刷刷刷". Players can obtain Soul Crystals by participating in the Void Otherworld dungeon, which are used for in-game trading and equipment development. The Chaos Secret Realm dungeon offers advanced players the opportunity to acquire rare NFT equipment.

The game is about to launch the third phase of its asset non-deletion internal test and plans to introduce a blind box pre-sale event. Early participants and SPP NFT holders will enjoy special rights. The team stated that they will continue to optimize the game content in the future and plan to introduce new professions, PVP gameplay, guild systems, and other new content.

The Seraph team believes that the key to large-scale application of blockchain games lies in providing high-quality game content, lowering the barriers to using Web3, and establishing trust with the player community. They hope to create a game through Seraph that can blur the boundaries between Web2 and Web3, attracting more traditional gamers into the Web3 world.

In the current bear market environment, the Seraph team stated that they will continue to focus on product development and community building, hoping to create the most enjoyable and enduring games in the industry together with players and establish the strongest and most cohesive community. They believe that high-quality blockchain game products have the potential to transcend bull and bear cycles and even attract outside capital, bringing new vitality to the market.
