I think follower count is one of the biggest distractions in the creator world.

A big audience looks good, but it doesn't always mean people trust you, listen to you, or care about what you create.
I'd rather have 1,000 people who pay attention to my content than 100,000 people who scroll past it.
Creators should be rewarded for impact, not just numbers.
