The Gate P2P Scouts Program is a performance-based initiative where individuals grow the P2P ecosystem by onboarding users, supporting merchants, and earning rewards based on measurable impact.
As a P2P Scout, you act as a bridge between Gate and your local market by:
- Introducing merchants and traders
- Promoting P2P adoption
- Supporting community growth
- Providing market insights
You work directly with the Gate P2P BD and earn rewards based on your performance and impact.

REWARDS & EARNINGS
Points-Based Earnings
- Earn points for every verified activity
- 1 Point = $0.05
Example:
- 100 points = $5
- 150 points = $7.5
Merchant Bonus (Primary Reward)
- Earn $10 for every qualified merchant
A merchant qualifies when:
- Sell volume ≥ $2,000
- At least 5 counterparties
- At least 5 active ads
Additional Rewards
Top-performing Scouts may also receive:

Performance Ranking System
Scouts are ranked based on performance and points earned.
Ranking Levels:
- Rookie Scout
- Bronze Scout
- Silver Scout
- Gold Scout
- Platinum Scout
Weekly Activities & Points
- Merchant referral — 10 pts
- Qualified merchant — 40 pts
- Active trader — 10 pts
- Campaign post — 5 pts
- AMA contribution — 15 pts
- KOL lead — 5–10 pts
- KOL activation — 50 pts
- Weekly report — 5 pts
- Issue report — 5–10 pts
MONTHLY REWARD ELIGIBILITY
- Scouts must earn at least 400 points per month to qualify for monetary rewards
- Points are tracked weekly and accumulated monthly
- Points reset at the start of each new cycle
Important Note
- Scouts below 400 points will not receive cash rewards
- This ensures rewards are tied to consistent performance
Exceptional Scenario
In rare cases where overall performance is low:
- Futures vouchers may be issued
- Campaign-based incentives may be provided

- No proof = no points
- Fake or duplicate activity leads to removal
- Rewards are strictly performance-based
- Scouts must follow Gate policies and compliance standards
- No misleading information or unauthorized claims
- Gate reserves the right to review and adjust participation
PROGRAM RULES & GUIDELINES
- Participants must complete the application process via the official “Apply Now” channel to be considered for the program.
- Participation across multiple Gate programs of the same type does not guarantee multiple rewards; incentives are granted based on verified and eligible participation only.
- The Gate P2P Scouts Program is strictly performance-based. Rewards and recognition are determined by measurable contributions, including merchant referrals, community engagement, campaign participation, and other approved activities. Passive participation does not qualify for rewards.
- All Scouts must comply with Gate P2P policies, community rules, and applicable standards. Any form of abuse, misinformation, spamming, manipulation, or unfair practices will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending rewards.
- Participation in the P2P Scouts Program does not guarantee fixed income or rewards. All incentives are performance-dependent and based on completed tasks and verified results.
- Scouts are required to represent Gate professionally and accurately. They must not make unauthorized promises, provide financial advice, misrepresent campaigns, or speak on behalf of Gate beyond approved guidelines.
- Gate reserves the right to monitor Scout activities, review performance regularly, and modify, suspend, or terminate participation at any time to protect users, merchants, and the platform.
- To ensure fairness and program integrity, Gate reserves the right to adjust reward structures, modify program terms, or end the program based on operational or market conditions.
- Users from restricted regions may not be eligible to access certain services or participate fully in the program. The program does not target or solicit participation from restricted jurisdictions.
