On the hourly chart, the moving averages are arranged bearishly, with gold moving lower along the 5MA and 10MA. However, the KDJ three-line indicator in the sub-chart is oversold. The European session this afternoon will most likely continue the morning’s downtrend, but be aware that an oversold rebound may occur.
