Gate Will Support Ethereum Berlin Upgrade

According to the Ethereum announcement, Berlin release will go live on the Ethereum mainnet at block 12,244,000, approximately April 15th, 9:00 AM. Gate will close deposits and withdrawals for ETH and ERC20 tokens beforehand. Deposits and withdrawals will be resumed as soon as possible after this upgrade.
