I expected Newton Protocol to follow the usual crypto cycle: hype, farming, unlocks, then fading attention. But Newton feels more interesting because it targets secure automation, not just another AI trading narrative.

The key idea is simple: users delegate onchain tasks to agents, agents execute within limits, and value should return through fees, staking, collateral, and real usage. NEWT may look like a standard utility token, but the deeper question is whether it can discipline agent behavior and support useful automation.
Newton feels different, but not proven. Its real test is daily infrastructure, not launch hype.
