BRC-20 coins are built on the BTC network. However, the network is currently highly congested, making the deposit processing very difficult. To address this problem, we will use a combination of automatic and manual processing to ensure that each deposit is processed accurately and timely:

How to get the deposit address
Click "Wallet" - "Funds Management" and then “Onchain” deposit.

Search for the coin you want to deposit, select the BRC20 network, and the deposit address will appear on the screen.

How to confirm that the transaction has been accepted by the network block after deposit

If the deposit does not arrive immediately, you can obtain the TXID from the withdrawal platform (generally you can find it on the relevant operation page, if failed, please contact the customer service of the withdrawal platform for help). After obtaining the TXID, you can go to the BRC20 blockchain explorer (https://blockstream.info/) to query details and ensure that there have been over 4 network confirmations.

If the deposit has arrived automatically, you can find the deposit amount or transaction records in your account balance or on the deposit page on Gate. If not, please submit a ticket and specify the deposited coin, amount, and TXID. We will manually process your deposit within 8 hours upon receiving your ticket.
