CIC Digital and another company called Celebration Cards LLC jointly own Fight Fight Fight, which was registered in Wyoming by Andrew Pierce, an assistant attorney at a Wyoming LLC Attorney. According to the company's website, Pierce's company specializes in setting up anonymous shell companies and asset protection planning.
