Mars Finance information 27 May news, Shengtong Energy announced that the partial tender offer made by Qiteng Robotics Co., Ltd. to all shareholders of the company has expired on 27 May 2026, with an offer price of 13.28 yuan per share, and the number of shares acquired is 42,336,000 shares, accounting for 15% of the company's total share capital. Since the result of the tender offer needs further confirmation, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the market opening on the morning of 28 May 2026, and will either resume trading or remain suspended on the announcement date of the tender offer result depending on whether the share distribution after the acquisition meets the listing conditions.
