Token rewards are usually automatically distributed to your account within 3 working days. If your reward status shows as declined, it means your eligibility has been revoked. For questions, please contact online support or an official representative.
Physical rewards will be shipped within 10 working days after the event ends.
VIP Advanced Upgrade Reward and VIP Prestige Upgrade Reward must be claimed by proactively contacting your dedicated account manager. At the time of claiming, your VIP level must remain at the corresponding level that meets the requirements; otherwise, the reward will not be granted.
The event rewards are limited. Once the prize pool is exhausted, users who have not yet won will see no further task progress.

VIP 14 and above, market makers, institutional, affiliate accounts, and users with API trading volume of 60% or more in the past 30 days are not eligible.
Bulk account registrations, wash trading, self-trading, collusion, or other malicious cheating behavior are strictly prohibited. Sub-accounts and main accounts, as well as multiple accounts under the same identity, will be treated as the same participant. Trading volume for sub-accounts is calculated independently. Each verified user (regardless of how many qualifying accounts they hold) can only receive one reward. Any cheating or violation of the User Agreement will result in disqualification.
Rewards from this event cannot be combined with those from other similar events on the platform.
