$EUL This position is actually not as complicated as people imagine. The key is whether the rebound has staying power.
After the move down from the high, the 4-hour timeframe has kept failing to form a new upward structure. Although there was once a MACD golden cross repair in the middle, the price instead stayed sideways in the pressure zone and didn’t continue with a breakout on increased volume.
This kind of action is often “fake strength”: it looks like it’s building a bottom, but there isn’t any clear capital inflow.
So when the price rebounds to around 1.6, I’m more inclined to treat it
