Recently, someone again equates moving the exchange's hot and cold wallets with "smart money," honestly, I’ve been too optimistic, it’s a bit frustrating... I care more about where the project treasury’s money is going: whether milestones are reached, whether updates are being pushed on schedule, whether the on-chain addresses match before and after spending (I tend to use addresses to find reasons for myself, although I often only remember to check after a pump). My biggest fear isn’t slowness, but chaos: slow at least means a clear direction, chaos means today’s market crash and tomorrow’s route change, the treasury is like a leak, no one can explain clearly. Anyway, I now look at L2 projects, I’d rather join late than see their expenses match their deliveries, otherwise I can’t hold my ground even if I’m stubborn and tough.
