Support Hohhot City in focusing on building large models for biomanufacturing, dairy, and grass industries; Baotou City in focusing on steel metallurgy, equipment manufacturing, and rare earth new materials large models; Ordos City in focusing on coal energy, modern coal chemical industry, and cashmere large models; Ulanqab City in focusing on ferroalloy large models. Other leagues and cities should develop and implement characteristic industry large models according to local conditions. Select high-quality industry large model projects and establish mechanisms for model adaptation, replication, and promotion.
