The WCTC S9 competition is officially live. Aim for the top and maximize your rewards with the Futures trading check-in event. Complete daily futures trading to unlock up to 100 USDT per user. Create or join a team to stack Captain Recruitment Rewards and Team Ranking Rewards. Plus, compete in the Individual Challenge for a chance to earn up to 200 USDT. A dedicated 100,000 USDT futures prize pool is up for grabs.

Entry Requirements

All participants must successfully register for the WCTC S9 Main Event and this Futures special event, and complete identity verification before the event ends to claim rewards.

WCTC S9 World Trading Competition

All participants must successfully register for the WCTC S9 Main Event and this Futures Special Preheat Event, and complete identity verification before the event ends to claim rewards.

Event 1: Daily Check-In, Earn Up to 100 USDT

During the event, users who complete a daily futures trading volume of ≥ $5,000 in any futures trading pair will be considered to have successfully checked in. Rewards will be distributed based on check-in days, from the highest tier to the lowest. Each user can receive only the highest-tier reward they qualify for. If a higher-tier prize pool is exhausted, rewards will automatically roll down to the next available tier:

Event 2: Team Up, Unlock an Additional 30,000 USDT

During the event, users who create or join a WCTC S9 team can unlock additional team rewards, which can be combined with Event 1:


  • Captain Recruitment Reward

For each new futures user successfully recruited to the team who makes their first futures trade of ≥ 1 USDT during the event, the captain will receive 10 USDT, with each captain eligible to earn up to 400 USDT. The total prize pool is 16,000 USDT.

Rewards will be distributed in chronological order based on when recruited new users complete their first trade. Captains must also reach a personal futures trading volume of ≥ $2,000 during the event to claim the rewards.


  • Team Futures Sprint Ranking

After the event ends, teams will be ranked based on their total futures trading volume during the competition. The top 10 teams will share a 14,000 USDT prize pool.


1st Place: Exclusive 2,000 USDT (The captain receives 10% exclusively; the remaining prize pool will be shared among team members with an individual trading volume of ≥ $10,000 based on their respective trading volume, capped at 150 USDT per user)

2nd–5th Place: Share 6,000 USDT equally (The captain receives 10% exclusively; the remaining prize pool will be shared among team members with an individual trading volume of ≥ $10,000 based on their respective trading volume, capped at 100 USDT per user)

6th–10th Place: Share 6,000 USDT equally (The captain receives 10% exclusively; the remaining prize pool will be shared among team members with an individual trading volume of ≥ $10,000 based on their respective trading volume, capped at 50 USDT per user)

Event 3: Individual Challenge, Earn Up to 200 USDT

During the event, regardless of whether they join a team, all users who register for WCTC S9 and reach a cumulative personal futures trading volume of ≥ $50,000 can participate in the Individual Sprint Ranking. The top 500 users by trading volume will share a dedicated 25,000 USDT prize pool based on their proportion of trading volume, with a maximum reward of 200 USDT per user.

Important Notes

  1. All participants must successfully register for the WCTC S9 Main Event and this Futures special event, and complete identity verification before the event ends to claim rewards.
  2. Check-In Counting Period: Each day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 (UTC) counts as one check-in day.
  3. Trading Volume = Buy Volume + Sell Volume. During the USD1 Futures trading fee discount promotion, the Futures trading volume of eligible trading pairs will be counted at 50%.
  4. The USDT rewards from this event will be issued as Futures Position Vouchers. Rewards from Event 1 and Event 3 will be issued based on the higher amount and cannot be claimed cumulatively. All rewards will be credited to user accounts within 14 business days after the event ends.
  5. Bulk registration of secondary accounts, volume manipulation, self-trading, matched orders, and other cheating behaviors are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts of the same verified user will be treated as one account. Subaccounts cannot participate in the event.
  6. Market makers, corporate, and institutional accounts cannot participate in this event.
  7. In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
  8. Gate reserves the right of final interpretation.
