Jen-Hsun Huang Computex speech preview! GB300 will launch in Q3 2025, NVIDIA headquarters is located in Beitou Shilin.
NVIDIA CEO Jen-Hsun Huang announced the new generation of AI technology layout at the Computex Taipei on May 19. Among them, NVIDIA's new generation AI system GB300 will go live in Q3 of this year, and a new type of computer NVLink Fusion will be launched, allowing customers to "mix and match" processors and accelerators. Furthermore, an AI collaboration alliance with MediaTek, Qualcomm, and Fujitsu of Japan has been established. He also mentioned that Taiwan will be the core of the future computer ecosystem, with NVIDIA's headquarters located in Beitou Shilin.
Returning from the Middle East to Taiwan, Jen-Hsun Huang continues to promote the AI international strategy.
Jen-Hsun Huang has just concluded his Middle East trip with a delegation led by US President Trump, where he discussed AI collaboration projects with Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other regions, and immediately returned to Taiwan to attend the Taipei International Computer Show (Computex Taipei).
Jen-Hsun Huang pointed out at the beginning that Taiwan plays an important role in the global technology supply chain:
"When we want to create a new market, we have to start from here. Taiwan is the core of the future computer ecosystem."
In the opening of his speech, Jen-Hsun Huang showcased the current collaboration between NVIDIA and Taiwan's academic institutions and enterprises, announcing the upgraded version of Grace Blackwell, the new generation AI system GB300, which is expected to go live in Q3.
At this Computex, Jen-Hsun Huang first updated the timeline for the high-end AI system under his company, announcing that the new generation GB300 system will be launched in the third quarter of this year (Q3).
This system is the upgraded version of the current Grace Blackwell series, mainly providing deployment for large cloud service providers, offering faster and more stable computing power for AI models.
Launch of the new NVLink Fusion system, allowing customers to mix and match processors.
In the past, NVIDIA only provided data center computers composed of its own components, but this time it has launched a new computer system, NVLink Fusion, that allows customers to "mix and match" processors and accelerators.
You can use NVIDIA's CPU with AI accelerators from other companies.
You can also use CPUs from other brands in conjunction with NVIDIA's accelerators.
It also represents that NVIDIA provides customers with more flexibility to build their own systems while retaining its own key high-speed connectivity technology.
NVLink Fusion screen collaborates with MediaTek, MediaTek, and Qualcomm to create an AI chip alliance to strengthen its own ecosystem.
To further strengthen NVIDIA's AI ecosystem, Jen-Hsun Huang also announced a series of collaboration news:
MediaTek (, Marvell ), and Alchip ( will collaborate with Jen-Hsun Huang to design AI-specific chips.
Qualcomm ) and Fujitsu ( are developing processors compatible with NVIDIA accelerators.
These collaborations allow NVIDIA to further penetrate various AI application scenarios, and even components not designed by themselves can solidify market dominance through collaborative design.
Beitou Shilin will become NVIDIA's Taiwan headquarters.
Regarding the ongoing confusion about the location of NVIDIA's Taiwan headquarters, Jen-Hsun Huang humorously stated at the end of his speech:
"I'm not sure if this is a good idea, because it's a bit expensive, but we will set up our headquarters in Beitou Shilin!"
NVIDIA will transform from a chip giant to the AI helm, significantly upgrading Taiwan's position in the tech supply chain.
In summary, Jen-Hsun Huang's presentation is not just an upgrade of their own products, but symbolizes NVIDIA's transformation milestone from a chip powerhouse to a global AI leader. It not only solidifies NVIDIA's core position in data center computing power, but also actively opens the door for cooperation and expands the ecosystem, demonstrating the ambition to upgrade from a "hardware supplier" to an "AI infrastructure planner."
The starting point of this strategic transformation begins in Taiwan. Whether it is chip packaging, foundry, or AI computer assembly, Taiwan's supply chain will play a more significant role, and it is bound to usher in a major upgrade in industrial status, driven by NVIDIA.
