Just now, a pop-up on the phone suddenly appeared: "Large transfer to certain address" "Hot and cold wallets of a certain exchange moving." The comment section instantly started worshiping smart money… To put it simply, watching these red dots until your hand trembles doesn't mean you can hold the position.

Holding spot positions or getting liquidated on futures contracts, actually boils down to one thing: you should know "the maximum loss" at the moment you place the order, not only when the price rises and you want to add more, or when it falls and you want to hold on. Don't have a position so large that it keeps you awake; set your stop-loss as a real safeguard; if you really want to play futures, treat it as an accelerator, not a life-saving straw. Don't be the bag-holder, don't be the liquidated hero, anyway, losing money happens pretty fast.
