Président de la SEC américaine : fournira une réglementation plus claire pour les titres en chaîne et les actifs numériques

Gold Financial reports that on May 29th, the Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Paul Atkins, delivered a speech in which he pointed out that the agency is advancing "SEC New Era" regulatory reforms, focusing on promoting the modernization of digital asset regulation, facilitating the development of on-chain capital markets, and supporting the U.S. in becoming a global crypto hub. Recently, it has clarified which digital assets are securities and which are not, and is pushing forward an innovative exemption mechanism for "tokenized listed securities," while also studying how on-chain trading systems can be applied within the existing regulatory framework.
Furthermore, Paul Atkins also emphasized that the SEC will reduce "over-disclosure" and regulatory burdens, promote the "Make IPOs Great Again" reform, including lowering compliance costs for listed companies, increasing IPO flexibility, and officially proposing to revoke the climate disclosure rules introduced during the previous government era.
