During the event, register for a chance to become a lucky stock winner and receive SpaceX (SPCX) stock rewards. Invite friends to register and try Gate stock trading, and both parties can receive newcomer rewards. When your friends continue trading stocks, they can also accumulate reward shares and help you share the SPCX stock reward pool.

Registration Benefit: 50 Lucky Stock Winners

During the event, users who complete event registration will be eligible for the lucky draw. After the event ends, the system will randomly select 50 eligible registered users as lucky winners. Each winner will receive 0.5 shares of SPCX stock. Total reward pool: 25 shares of SPCX stock.

Event 2: Trade Stocks to Earn Shares and Split 300 SPCX Shares

After completing Event 1, for every 5,000 USDT in cumulative stock trading volume completed by the friend during the event, 1 set of reward shares will be unlocked. After the event ends, inviters and friends will split the 300-share SPCX stock reward pool based on their respective proportion of valid reward shares.

The inviter receives 1 reward share. Reward shares generated by different friends under the same inviter can be accumulated.
The friend receives 2 reward shares.
Each friend can unlock up to 10 sets of reward shares.

Individual stock reward = individual valid reward shares ÷ total valid reward shares across all users × 300 shares

Each user can receive up to 2 shares of SPCX in Event 2. If the calculated reward exceeds 2 shares, it will be capped at 2 shares. Rewards are limited and available while supplies last.

Example: If the event generates 20,000 valid reward shares in total, an inviter with 10 shares can receive 0.1 shares of SPCX; a friend with 20 shares can receive 0.2 shares of SPCX.

Participants must click the “Join Now” button on the event page to register for the event and complete identity verification to receive rewards. Registration and participation are currently unavailable in some regions. Please refer to the actual page display.
This event applies only to the Gate Stocks section. Trading volume = buy volume + sell volume.
SPCX rewards in this event will be distributed to users’ stock accounts. Rewards of less than 0.01 shares of SPCX after the Event 2 split cannot be distributed. All rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends.
Invited users must register through the inviter’s exclusive referral code to count toward rewards.
Bulk account registration, malicious volume manipulation, self-buying and self-selling, wash trading, and other cheating behaviors are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts under the same verified user will be treated as one account. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this event.
Market makers, corporate, institutional, broker accounts, and broker sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this event.
If a user participates in multiple referral events held during the same period, rewards cannot be claimed repeatedly. The user may only claim rewards from one referral event.
Referrals are invalid if the inviter, invited user, and the user’s own account share the same IP address. Users are not allowed to invite themselves through multiple accounts. Once verified, all rewards will be canceled.
If there is any discrepancy between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
Due to changes in market conditions, fraud risks, and other reasons, Gate reserves the final right of interpretation for this event.
