How to Participate

After signing up on the event page, you can share your exclusive referral link or referral code with friends. Once your friends complete sign up and the specified tasks through your invitation, you will unlock the corresponding rewards, and the invited friends can also claim their new user rewards.

Event 1: Milestone rewards, individual maximum claimable amount up to 7,800 PENGU

During the event, once the referrer reaches the required number of valid invitees, the corresponding milestone rewards will be unlocked. Rewards from different tiers can be stacked, with a maximum of 7,800 PENGU per person. The total prize pool is 2,700,000 PENGU, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Each referrer can only claim each tier reward once. After reaching a higher tier, you can continue to claim additional rewards.

Event 2: Popularity King Award — Top 3 Share an Extra 128,000 PENGU

After the event ends, users will be ranked based on the number of valid referrals during the event period. The top 3 users will receive an additional Popularity Award, which can be combined with the Milestone Award. If the number of valid referrals is the same, users will be ranked by their referred friends' total accumulated trade volume from highest to lowest. If there is still a tie, ranking will be determined by the time when the last valid referral was completed, with earlier completions ranked higher.

Event 3: Exclusive Rewards for New Users

During the event, invited friends who reach a cumulative trade volume of at least 100 USDT will receive 260 PENGU. The total prize pool is 520,000 PENGU, available on a first-come, first-served basis until all rewards are distributed. Each invited friend can claim the reward only once.

Rewards will be distributed in the form of PENGU tokens and credited to users’ accounts within 14 business days after the event ends.
To be eligible for rewards, the referee must sign up using the referrer's exclusive referral code.
Any fraudulent actions, including bulk account registration, malicious trading, self-trading, and coordinated trading, are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts with the same identity information will be considered as the same account. Subaccounts are not eligible for this event.
Market makers, enterprises, institutions, and affiliate accounts are not eligible for this event.
If a user participates in multiple referral events held at the same time, rewards cannot be claimed multiple times—only one event reward can be received.
If the referrer and referee share the same IP address, the referral will be invalid. Any user found creating multiple accounts to invite themselves will be disqualified, and all related rewards will be revoked.
In case of any discrepancies between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
