Alt funcionario iraní afirma que el plan de las 14 puntos de EE. UU. es "irrealista" y enfatiza que las negociaciones deben incluir "beneficios tangibles"

Golden Finance report, May 7th, according to The Wall Street Journal citing Iran’s Press TV,
said that Morteza Rezaei, a long-term advisor to Iran’s late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps,
stated that Iran will not allow the United States to reopen the Strait of Hormuz based on “an unrealistic plan” and then withdraw from the war “without paying any compensation for all the damages caused to Iran.”
This statement was directed at Washington’s submission of the 14-point plan to Iran through diplomatic representatives.
Rezaei emphasized that for negotiations between Iran and the U.S. to yield satisfactory results, they must include “concrete interests,”
rather than the kind of “superficial posture” the U.S. attempts to offer.
He said that even if the U.S. withdraws troops from the region, Iran will still demand its rights and war reparations.
Rezaei also stated: “We have endured them for 47 years and will continue on the path of resistance.”
