#Gate用户突破6000万 18 MONTHS AGO, I STARTED
It has been roughly 18 months since I created my Gate account, and looking back now, I realize my crypto journey did not begin with a perfect strategy, a detailed trading plan, or some grand financial goal. It started much more simply: curiosity, a little hesitation, and a Bitcoin chart that seemed determined to keep moving.
JANUARY 2025: WATCHING FROM THE SIDELINES
It was January 2025. Bitcoin was hovering near the $95,000 mark, and the entire market felt like it was waiting for something bigger. The $100,000 level was everywhere. Traders were discussin

AI remains one of the main altcoin sectors for the next bull market
The AI sector should start moving in the short term, and everyone can make some short-term trades in the coins they were bullish on early.
AI Agent is highly likely to become one of the top three main narratives in the next altcoin expansion, but it is unlikely that all AI Agent tokens will rise together for a long time. I think only 3 to 5 projects will truly stand out in the end. The key is whether they have real traffic, monetization ability, and whether the token can capture value.
The last altcoin narrative wave was launc

Most traders will ignore $SLX /USDT right now—that's exactly why I'm watching it.

$SLX /USDT - SHORT

Trade Plan:
Entry: 0.07004 – 0.07046
SL: 0.07224
TP1: 0.06876
TP2: 0.06776
TP3: 0.06627

Why this setup?
The 4h chart is whispering *lower*, not screaming. Confidence sits at 55—enough to lean, not leverage.
- Trend on 1D is **range**, so this isn't a breakout play; it's a mean-reversion fade.
- RSI on 15m is neutral (50.88), meaning no panic yet—room to drift toward TP1 at 0.06876 before any bounce.
- ATR on 1h is tight (0.00083), so the move will be slow—perfect for a patient short

Everyone’s watching Bitcoin—but XLM just printed a fake breakout that nobody’s talking about yet.

$XLM /USDT - SHORT

Trade Plan:
Entry: 0.18026 – 0.18102
SL: 0.18430
TP1: 0.17789
TP2: 0.17606
TP3: 0.17332

Why this setup?
- 4H bias is SHORT with 55% confidence, yet price is stuck at 0.18064—right inside a tight range between 0.18102 and 0.18026.
- RSI on 15m is 58.43—not overbought, but not weak either. That’s the trap: momentum looks fine while the daily trend says “range.”
- ATR on 1h is only 0.001526—volatility is compressed. When that happens inside a range, the next move is usual

Is the Fed really willing to hike rates in September?
After the nonfarm payrolls data came in, the possibility of a September rate hike has become a hot topic across the board. Many people were swayed by the data and quickly turned overwhelmingly bearish. But looking beyond the surface-level inflation and employment figures, the Fed’s decision has never been determined entirely by just two sets of numbers.
The election window is right around the corner, and policymakers face multiple real-world trade-offs. If a rate hike is rushed through in September, it could trigger a series of knock-on eff

🌍 60 MILLION USERS. ONE ECOSYSTEM. ONE MASSIVE MILESTONE.
Gate has officially reached 60 million users, marking a remarkable moment not only for the platform, but also for the wider evolution of digital finance.
60,000,000 users represents far more than a statistic on a growth chart. Behind that number are millions of individual journeys — people discovering Bitcoin for the first time, traders navigating volatile markets, investors building portfolios, developers exploring blockchain technology, creators sharing knowledge, and Web3 users discovering a completely new dig

During the August 31–September 6 window, the market expects Bitcoin to most likely remain range-bound; a downside test of 78,000 is the relatively most probable direction, while a push to 84,000 or a drop below 76,000 would be low-probability moves.

BTC just reclaimed $80,000 before getting knocked back down—the bulls have it tough
Now that we've covered the data, let's talk about what everyone cares about most—Bitcoin.
Just one day before the nonfarm payrolls data was released, BTC had reclaimed $80,000. U.S. Treasury yields fell and the dollar weakened, finally giving risk assets some breathing room. But as soon as the nonfarm payrolls data came out, BTC was hit hard. It fell as much as 2.8% intraday, touching $79,197. The $80,000 threshold was breached again.

On July 18: ¥483; the account balance is now ¥92,800. I withdrew 5k midway, completed 10,000 U, and grew it 200x. I’m really lucky. I couldn’t hold my SAND long position and even stopped out for more than $1,000. If I had held that SAND long position, the account balance would be over ¥100,000 now. What a pity....

This week's Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs: chaotic at first, then aligned, with Thursday delivering the decisive blow.
BTC saw $217 million flow back on Monday, then gave up $237 million on Tuesday; ETH, meanwhile, extended its winning streak to 12 consecutive days. On Wednesday, $101 million flowed back into Bitcoin, while ETH's winning streak ended with $48 million in outflows. Thursday changed everything—BTC attracted $731 million in a single day, its largest inflow since mid-January and the third-largest this year; ETH also saw $141 million in inflows. The two markets combined for approxi
